Baldi’s Basics Classic

Do you think you can run away from an insane and furious teacher who seems to be eager to kill you? What if, to save your skin, you also need to find seven notebooks and fill them in before you can go home from this horrible school? If you’re ready to risk, welcome to Baldi’s Basics Classic!

Pick your way carefully and don’t slow down!

The entire gameplay will unfold in territory of the school called Baldi’s Basics. The campus is rather sizable and consists of various locations. The whole thing starts in the Class. It’s a room with ten desks, the teacher’s table and a blackboard. There are lots of such in the school – the can be used to hide from Baldi and also can contain various objects like the Chalk. It’s also the only place where you can find Pens and Pencils.

The main action unfolds in the halls where the rest of the characters move through. These are long corridors connected by yellow doors – by the way, you can keep them closed by applying the Lock to them. That can save you if Baldi is already breathing down your neck. In the halls, it’s prohibited to run, drink and behave in any kind of noise and bad ways – that’s what the school rules say. If the Principal sees you there doing any of those things, you will end up in his office, and Baldi won’t be long to appear there too. So it’s the same as game over.

Fool Baldi and get away from him!

Through the halls, you can also get to other locations – like the Cafeteria where you can find the vending machines to stock up on chocolate bars and BSODA, teachers’ rooms (also containing food and some other interesting items) and Principal’s office where you can find a rather useful device – the tape recorder. With its help (as well as the telephone) you can distract Baldi’s attention and throw him off the track. There are many other tricks you can learn in this game.
